PU Expansion Memory Foam (White)
Yeseal PU Foam is Single Component, moisture curing PU Foam with high yield volume achievable up to 60 Ltr.
750ML PU FOAM insulation sealant is based on moisture curing polyurethane containing safety propellant, used for sealing joints, cracks, gaps & holes in the door, window, HVAC, construction, roofing & pipes.
It also provides an excellent bond to lumber, plywood, concrete, metals, masonry, and other substrates. - Self-expanding, moisture-cured, strong adhering to gap filler.
- Tack free within 10 minutes, solidifies about 1 bout, hardens about 3 hours.
- Optimal use temperature is 18-25ºC. Normal temprature is 5-35ºC.
- After curing, the heat-resisted scope is from -30ºC to +80ºC
- Fast curing. The surface will not be sticky after 10 minutes. It can be cut, polished, and painted after curing for 60 minutes.
- Strong adhesion. It has good adhesion to most materials(fluoro and silicone are not included). It is necessary to make a paint coat before being applied to metal parts.
- The completely cured froth can be noise-absorbing, waterproof insulating, heat preservation, shockproof, etc.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS: Shake can vigorously for one minute before use. If accept gun type, convert can and firmly screw gun on can, turn the flow adjustment screw and turn flow. If accept straw type, screw plastic straw on can firmly, aim straw at gap then spray. When spray please pay attention to the speed. Fill vertical joints from the bottom up when half filled enough. When fill gaps in ceiling, uncured foam may drop because of gravity, please support properly after filling until foam cure and adhere to the gap. Foam is tack free after about 10 minutes, can be cut after 60 minutes. Use a knife to smooth the cured foam and treated surface with cement, paint or silicone
SURFACE PREPARATION: All surfaces should be clean from oil, greases, loose particles and dust. Dry surface should be will sprayed or dampened with water.
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE: 9 months when stored at 20°C / 50% relative humidity out of direct sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 500C. Do not pierce or burn even after use. Do not spray on naked flame or any incandescent materials. Keep out of reach of children.
